The left side looks good other than the arm placement on the guy does not quite match that of the height of the body, kind of like you are trying to place the elbow at hip level when it should be much higher up. I can tell you started in gray-scale or monochromatic to set the values by how the colors gradate then added stuff like the water spouts using a color. Making sure to brush in colors and effects after applying the main colors is key to making a good design going out of gray-scale, so you did good there. The closest water spout is a bit confusing because what the water is coming out of is hard to pull apart from what is behind it, if you can fix that then that will get rid of the biggest visual confusion in the piece.
so, how exactly do you brush in the colors? i imagine you dont just brush them in on top, that would ruin your tones. do you use a blending setting on the brush?
